Built from years of doing the work, not just advising on it.
Minstra was founded by Oren Minster, a technology consultant with over 15 years of hands-on delivery experience across ERP implementation and AI enablement. The business was built on a simple premise: most companies do not have a technology problem. They have a problem that technology can solve, if the right tools are chosen and properly deployed.
Oren has personally led full-cycle projects across a wide range of industries and geographies, from presales and scoping through configuration, data migration, training, and go-live. That cross-industry, cross-cultural delivery background is the foundation of Minstra's approach.
Alongside the Microsoft practice, Minstra runs an independent AI enablement offering. We help businesses understand where AI genuinely adds value, evaluate platforms and tools across the full market, not just the Microsoft ecosystem, and implement them in a way that creates lasting change. Our AI advice is vendor-neutral. We have no incentive to sell a platform. Our incentive is to make the engagement work.
